In the BRE 2011 Guidance Note GN01 for BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors, Arbtech are credited as producing sample reports as a benchmark for reference. The BRE consider our habitat survey and ecological reports to be thorough yet concise, and were so impressed by them they asked for our written permission to use them as the standard by which others are assessed.

What can Arbtech’s Ecologists do to help me?

Arbtech visit your building or site to undertake e.g a Phase 1 Habitat Survey or biodiversity assessment (from £399). Following this, a Suitably Qualified Ecologist is required to update the ecology report to integrate the BRE template and calculations. The result enables us to suggest a set of simple and economical conservation and enhancement recommendations to help you attain adequate credits given your unique site and budget. BREEAM and CfSH ecologist reports are from £279 for an uncomplex site. Prices include our time, our traveling and other expenses, and a report, but exclude value added tax.
